Brandon Taylor is a singer songwriter from Memphis Tennessee and has crafted a cosmic American sound influenced by the 60’s folk revival and 60’s/70’s rock & roll.

A born rambler, Brandon has explored America with his acoustic brand of melody making. Fusing folk with electricity in the form of his first band, The Tenants, he toured throughout the western and southeastern United States.

His travels provided inspiration for his 2016 Madjack Records release, Radio Ghost, engineered and produced by Grammy winner Lawrence “Boo” Mitchell and recorded live to tape at Royal Studios in Memphis, TN.

Bob Mehr, author of New York Times bestseller "Trouble Boys: The True Story of the Replacements", called Taylor's debut release, "an immediately likeable 10-track collection of story songs."

Brandon has since been living and performing mostly in Brazil and Argentina.

In 2021 in Brazil, Brandon recorded a rock album of new material with his Brazilian band. This album called Self Help Yourself has finally been mixed and will be released in October 2024.

In Argentina, Brandon met his future bandmate Francesco Bassilio while busking in Buenos Aires. They became fast friends and eventually collaborated as acoustic duo group Dos Ramblers to record another album of Brandon’s original compositions. This album is called Second Hand Rose and is also set for release in October 2024. Both albums will be released on indie label Blue Shoe Records.

With two new full length albums and a European tour slated for November, 2024 will be a busy year of rambling for Brandon so be sure to stay tuned for all the upcoming shows and releases!
